Description

 Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for quality? We’re looking for a Quality Coordinator to prepare our First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), ensuring the reports meet all requirements and customer expectations. A First Article Report is documentation that verifies our product has been manufactured to the required specifications. 

This role requires collaboration, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize all necessary documentation (supplier CoC’s, manufacturing certifications, inspection data, engineering change notices, etc.).  
• Accurately enter data into the designated form template, using Microsoft Excel or Word.
• Complete reports timely, meeting all customer deadlines.
• Coordinate with customer source inspectors as needed.
• Support calibration management.
• Assist with other quality-related initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• 1+ years of related experience in Data Entry, Administration, or similar. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and retains information well.
• Innovative, motivated, and productive individual with exacting standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organizational skills with mindfulness, and the ability to self-check, self-manage, prioritize initiatives, and work well in a team environment.
• Superior writing, listening, and verbal communication skills.
