Operates multi-line phone system, routes calls, processes work orders, and monitors and operates city control systems to include Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Outage Management System (OMS), Asset Essentials database, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI); performs dispatch tasks as assigned.

Operate multi-line phone system; operate computers, including standard word processing, excel, and specialty software; establish and maintain effective working relationships; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; read and understand manuals and other documents; respond promptly to customer needs; use time efficiently; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; use materials and equipment properly.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
