Maintains and repairs park athletic fields and facilities.

High school graduation or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Standard office practices and procedures; and athletic field and facility maintenance practices and procedures.
Safely and effectively operate and maintain heavy equipment; maintain turf and playability of athletic fields; apply safety standards to prevent hazards; tolerate outside working conditions, including exposure to adverse weather conditions; understand and follow instructions; communicate effectively; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public.
Valid Class C Texas driver’s license.
