Lead Maintenance Technician

LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Monday - Friday 

8:00 am - until job is complete 

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime 
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions 
• Partner with production teams to resolve malfunctions and improve performance 
• Install, test, and ensure proper operation of new equipment and system upgrades 
• Assist with planning and executing equipment modifications or improvements 
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations 
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures 
• Promote a safe work environment by following PPE requirements and safety protocols 
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools and equipment 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Certifications in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems a plus.
